Alfred & Gwen Ivery. For more than a decade, Alfred and Gwen have worked to help individuals and families overcome housing barriers and build a true fresh start.
Today, Alfred and Gwen have expanded that belief into Ivery Fresh Start Housing Network, a for-profit housing services company. Drawing on their experience on both sides of the rental process, they design practical solutions that protect investments, reduce vacancies, and open doors for tenants who are ready for a fresh start.
